SECTIO~ 170.066.0 GENERAL FLOOD PLAIN DISTRICT <br /> <br />170.066.1 Permitted Uses. Permitted uses shall include those uses per- <br /> mitted by Section 170.064.1 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />170.O66.2 Conditional Uses. All other uses are Conditional Uses and are <br /> <br /> 'permitted only upon the issuance of a special permit as provided <br /> in Section 170.069.4. The General Flood Plain District includes <br /> the entire flood plain and does not differentiate between those <br /> areas that are floodway and those areas that are flood fringe. <br /> <br /> Because of this the City Cqmacil shall determine whether <br /> <br /> the proposed use is in the floodway or flood fringe using pro- <br /> cedures established in Section 170.069.41. If it is determined <br /> that the use lies in the floodway, the provisions of Section <br /> 170.064.0 of this ordinance shall apply. If it is determined <br /> that the proposed use lies in the flood fringe, the provisions <br /> of Section 170.065.0 of this ordinance shall apply. <br /> <br />-15- <br /> <br /> <br />
