Appeals from any decision <br />of the Board may be taken to ~ny person or persons~ jointly <br />or severally, aggrieved by any decision of the Board, or any <br />taxpaper, officer, department, board, or bureau of the <br />municipality, to the District Court of this jurisdiction <br />as provided in Ninnesota Statutes 462.361. <br /> <br />Conditional Uses.-~ The processing'of Conditional ~Use~Permits <br />shall follow that procedure as outlined in Sections 170.O16B <br />aud 170.016C of the .City Code. In addition to the above, <br />the Zoning Administrator shall submit by mail to the <br />Commissioner of Natural Resources a copy of the application <br />for proposed conditional dses sufficiently in_advance so <br />that the Commissioner will receive at least ten days notice <br />of the hearing~r A copy of all,decisions granting Conditional._ <br />~Use Permits.shall be forwarded-by_mail to-the Commissioner- <br />of Natural Resources within ten (10) days of such action. <br />Procedures for Evaluating Proposed Conditional Uses Within <br />the General Flood Plain District. <br /> <br /> (1) Upon receipt of an application for a Conditional Use <br /> Permit for a use within the the General Flood Plain Dis- <br /> trict, the applicant shall be required to furnish such <br /> of the following information as is deemed necessary by <br /> the Planning Commission for the determination of the <br /> Regulatory Flood.Protection Elevation and whether the <br /> proposed use is within the floodway or flood fringe. <br /> <br />-22- <br /> <br /> <br />
