ORDINANCE NO. 79- / ~ <br /> <br />7~U~NDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01 OF T~IE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AKENDING CHAPTER 170.01 ENTITLED "ZONING" <br /> <br />The City Council of the City Of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Amendments <br /> <br />a) Section 170.012C Paragraph F shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />F. UMB-2 Urban Multiple Business, excluding eating estab- <br />lishments and drive in banks. The general intent of this <br />district is to accommodate offices and personal use type <br />business, excluding residential housing, which district is <br />intended to act as a periphery zone to the UB district. <br /> <br />b) Section 170.014K Subd. 5 paragraph 2 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />c) Section 170.014K Subd. 6 entitled "Appeal" is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />d) Section 170.015I(6) VII. shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />VII. STREET FRONTAGE REQUIRED <br /> <br />No lot shall contain any building used as a dwelling unless <br />it abuts on the minimum street frontage as defined in this <br />zoning code as described in Article 170.0314B of the City <br />Code. No private easement shall be used to satisfy this <br />street frontage requirement. <br /> <br />e) Section 170.011 Paragraph 25, shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />25. Lot width is the uniform width measured at the property <br />line abutting the street and continuing to the building set- <br />back line. In the case of a lot abutting a cul-de-sac the <br />lot width is the width measured at right angles to the depth <br />at the building setback requirement; however, in no case shall <br />the width aZ the property line be less than 40 feet in the <br />Urban Area and 80 feet in the Transitional and Rural areas. <br /> <br />f) Section 170.011 Paragraph 25A shall be added and it shall read as <br /> follows: <br /> <br />25A. Minimum street frontage is the lot width requirement for <br />the district in which the parcel is located. <br /> <br />g) A new section to be known as Section 170.0112 and titled PAYMENT OF <br /> EXPENSES INCURRED shall be added to the zor~ing chapter and it shall <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
