170.062o42 The boundaries of the zoning districts shall be determined <br /> <br /> by scaling distances on the Official Zoning Nap. Where in- <br /> terpretation is needed as to the exact location of the <br /> boundaries of the district as shown on the Official Zoning <br /> Nap, as for example where there appears to be a conflict be- <br /> tween a mapped bounds_~y and actual field conditions~ the <br /> Board of Adjustment shall make the necessary interpretation <br /> based on elevations on the regional (lO0-ye~r) flood profile <br /> ~nd other avai~lable technical data. Persons contesting ~the ~ <br /> location of the district boundaries shall be given a reason-i <br /> able opportunity to present their case to the Board ~nd to <br /> submit technical evidence. <br /> <br />170.062.5 Compliance. No structure or land shall hereafter be used and no <br /> structure shall be located~ extended~ converted~ or structurally <br /> altered without full compli~uce with the terms of this Ordinance <br /> and other applicable regulations which apply to uses within the <br /> jurisdiction of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />170.062.6 Abrogation and Greater Restrictions. It is not intended by this <br /> Ordinance to repeal, abrogate~ or impair shy existing easements~ <br /> covenants~ or deed restrictions. However~ where this Ordinance <br /> imposes greater restrictions~ the provisions of this Ordinance <br /> shall prevail. ~ll other ordinances inconsistent with this 0rdi- <br /> nance are her~eby repealed to the e~tent .of the inconsistency only. <br /> <br />170.062.7 Warning and Disclaimer of Liability.
