Enclosure (D2-a) excerpt from City Liquor Code. Para- <br />graph 130.0917 subd. 2 of the City Liquor Code requires the <br />City to readvertise this off-sale license. <br /> <br />b) Enclosure (D2-b) excerpt from Council minutes dated <br />November 13, 1978 that granted Mrs. Vera McGregor an off- <br />sale license on Highway #10. <br /> <br />c) Enclosure (D2-c) City Administrator's letter to Mrs. <br />Vera McGregor dated February 28, 1979, and excerpts from <br />Council minutes dated March 12, 1979 pertaining to Mrs. <br />Vera McGregor liquor license.
