130.0917 ' Ra~ocation. <br /> <br /> 1. Tha city council may suspend or revoke an "off-sale" license for the violation <br />of any provision of condihion of ~his section or of any sLahe law or federal law <br />rc~lation intoxicating liquor and shall revoke such license for any willful violation <br />which, under %he laws of the share, is grounds for mandatory revocation, and shall <br />revoke for failure to keep the insurance recd,{red by Section 130.0913 of this chapter <br />~n full force and effect. <br /> <br /> 2. If the premises are not ready for occupancy within one (1) year afher the- <br />initial license is issued, the license shall be revoked and will not be reissued. <br />licensee may make an application for a new license, but will be given no special <br />oonsideration as opposed to any other applicanhs. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />130. 0918 - Revocation Procedure. Except in the case of a suspension pending a hearing <br />on revocation, revocation or suspension by the council sha] 1 be preceded by writhen <br />nohice to %he licensee and a public hearing. The notice sb~] 1 give at least ten (10) <br />days notice of the time and place of the bearing and shall state the general nature of <br />%he charges, against the licensee. The council may, without any notice, suspend any <br />license pending a hearing or revocation for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days. <br />The notice may be served upon the licensee personally ~ or by leaving the same at the <br />licensed premises with the person in charge thereof. No suspension shall exceed sixty <br />(6o) days. <br /> <br />130. 0919 - License Year. An "off-sale" license expires June 30 next foll~ing its <br />effective date. The fee for an "off-sale" license granhed after ~he oon~encement of <br />~he license year shall be pro-rated on a monthly basis, but %here shall be no pro- <br />rahing of fees on renc~rals or ~ransfers. <br /> <br />130.'0920 - Enlargemen%, Alterations or Extension of Premises.
