The City has started working on the budget process. Each department has <br /> started working their.portion of the budget. <br /> <br /> Admininistrator Schnelle announced that the Comprehensive Plan will not be <br /> completed until the first quarter or second quarter of 1980 and then it <br /> will be forwarded to the Metro Council. <br /> <br />· ' BRUCE .' BACON: 'TREE .' REPORT. · <br /> <br />Bruce Bacon submittted a request for purchasing literature for diseased <br />trees. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann seconded by Councilman Mickelson to authorize <br />the expenditure of $25 for literature on tree disease control. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br /> COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> ra Mcgregor appeared before Council to ask for an extension of time regarding <br /> her liquor license. The revenue bonds were dropped. She has an okay on <br /> financing, otherwise everything will be ready to go. <br /> <br /> Councilman Reimarm noted that the structure was to be ready for occupancy <br /> within one year, by November 13, 1979, to meet the requirements of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> Consensus of the Council is that if her building is under construction and <br /> near to being completed by November that Council my-consider an extension <br /> on the time depending on the circumstances. <br /> <br />TERRY PETRO - EXTENSIfN OF MOBILE HC~E PERMIT~6140 157th LANE NW' <br /> <br />Mr. Petro is requesting a three month extension on his temporary mobile <br />home pemit which will take it up to November 1, 1979.· <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec commented that Mr. Petro is going good on the construction of <br />his house. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann <br />to extend the temporary mobile home permit for 90 days from .today. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Mickelson, Reimann and <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />TERRY BRUNO - REGARDING DRIVEWAY ACCESS <br /> <br />Mr. Bruno was present regarding ingress and egress at his place of residence, <br />16650 Dolomite Street N.W. <br /> <br />Mr. Bruno wants to have a second driveway on a MSA designated street, 167th <br />Avenue.
