The road right-of-way involved is <br />on 151st Avenue N.W. where it intersects with County Road <br />#56. <br /> <br />b) Enclosure (D3-b) contains a copy of the application for <br /> the conveyance of tax forfeit land. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to adopt resolution to <br />acquire tax forfeit land and to authorize the Mayor and City <br />Admihistrator to sigm. the original document to enclosure <br />(D3-a) and to expend $10.30. <br /> <br />CASE #2: FINANCE: <br /> <br /> Council authority to accomplish the following: <br />) Council authorization to close out 1978 Construction Project <br />Funds due finalizing of these projects and the transfer of any <br />surplus funds to General Obligation Improvement Bond Fund <br />410-4717 (Bond issue 10-1-78 $34~).
