All buildings constructed shall have <br />frost footings. <br /> <br />BUILDING DESIGN <br /> <br />1. Ail exterior wall finished on any building shall be: <br /> <br />A. Face brick <br />B. Natural stone <br />C. Specifically designed precast concrete <br /> units if surfaces have been integrally <br /> treated with an applied decorative <br /> material or texture; <br />D. Factory fabricated and finished metal <br /> framed panel construction if the panel <br /> material.is to be-any of those noted <br /> in paFagraphs 1A,-1B,. 1C~above;~ <br />E. Other material as may be approved by <br /> the city council and planning & zoning <br /> commission. Combinations of-such <br /> materials shall be permitted. <br /> <br />OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> <br />Spaces required. The minimum number of off-street parking spaces <br />required on the building site for each of the following permitted uses <br />shall be: <br /> <br />General Retail Sales and Services, Financial Institutions: <br /> One space per 150 square feet of principal structure gross <br /> floor area. <br /> <br />Business and Professional Offices, except medical and dental: <br /> One space per 300 square feet of principal structure gross <br /> floor area. <br /> <br />Medical and Dental Offices: <br /> Six spaces for each doctor or dentist maintaining professional <br /> offices in the principal structure. <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
