SCREENING <br /> <br />For all Business/commercial/Industrial zoned property uses adjacent to <br />property zoned or developed for residential use, single family dwellings, <br />multiple family dwellings, and mobile home parks; special consideration <br />shall be given for screening, noise abatement, odors, smoke and shielding <br />from general public. <br /> <br />HEIGHT REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Height regulations are governed by Section 170.015 I (6) ADDiTiONAL <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR "U" DISTRICTS, subparagraph VI. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any provision of this section, or any other requirement of <br />this chapter, no structure shall be allowed to exceed in height the effective <br />fire protection height' capability of the'fire protection provided by the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />SIGNS <br /> <br />Ail signs shall be regulated as provided by 170.05 "SIGNS" of this Chapter. <br /> <br />ACCESSORY BUILDINGS <br /> <br />Setback requirements established for buildings in a BusinesS/Commercial/ <br />Industrial District shall 'apply to accessory buildings. <br /> <br />Exteriors of accessory buildings shll have the same exterior finish as the <br />principal structure. <br /> <br />WAS TE S <br /> <br />Ail solid waste material and refuse shall be stored within a completely <br />enclosed structure or contained in a closed container designed for such <br />purpose. All liquid wastes containing any organic or toxic matter prescribed <br />by the city engineer. The city engineer shall prescribe the manner of sewage <br />treatment and disposal in the case of large volume water useage.
