.c) Tax Increment Financing City of Anoka - The City of
Anoka wants to discuss their tax increment project with
Champlin and Ramsey.
d) CAB Interceptor and Al%ernative - This subject is also
on the agenda for discussion.

Co~uncil Action: I need to know how many Councilmen will be
attending this meeting.

CASE #7: INFORMATIONAL:

We have received a check for $150 from M & L Liquors in
payment of their off-sale liquor license. In checking
throngh the ordinmace their license fee (when paid after
the commencement date of July 1) should be pro-rated on a
monthly basis.

Robert Muller has stated the estimated date of completion
on the building is between December 1 and 15 of this year.
In view of this fact a refund will be in order. However,
we should wait until the building is actually complete then
compute the actual fee and send a refund.

Please refer to enclosure (D3-d) an excerpt from the off-
sale liquor ordinance.

Example: The monthly pro-rated amount is $12.50. If the
building is completed by December 1 and ~hey take occupancy
at that time the fee would be $87.50 and a refomd of $62.50
would have to be sent them.

Council Action: No action is needed at this time.
