130. 095 - Execution of Application. If the application is by a natural person, it <br />shall be signed and sworn to by such person; if by a corporation, by an officer thereof; <br />if by a parhnership, by one of the ~s; if by an unincorporated association, by f_he <br />manager or managing officer thereof. If the applicant is a partnership, the application <br />and any license, bond or insurance policy shall be roads and issued in the names of all <br />the partners. <br /> <br />130. 096 - Rane~al Auplication. Applications for fibs renew-al of an existing license shall <br />be made at least sixty (60) days prior to th~ date of the expiration of the license and <br />shall be made'in such abbreviahed form as the city council may approve. If, in %he <br />ju~gn~n% of the council, good and sufficient cause is shc~n by any applicant for his <br />failure to file for a renew-al with_in the tin~ provided, the oouncil may, if the other <br />provisions of this section are complied with, waive f3kis requirement and grant the appli- <br /> <br />130.097 - License Fees. The foll~ing provisions control as f3p license fees and related <br />subjects: <br /> <br /> 1. The annual license fee for an "off-sale" license shall be-as provided in <br />Chapter 130. 0110. <br /> <br /> 2. The ann,w! license fee for an "on-sale"_ wine license shall be as provided in <br />Chapter 130. 0110. <br /> <br /> 3. The annusl license fee shall be paid in full before the application for a <br />license is accepted. All fees shall be paid into the general fund of the city. Ail <br />licenses shall expJ_re on the last day of June of each year. Upon rejection of any <br />application for a license, or upon withdrawal of application before approval of the <br />issuance by the city council, ~he license fee shall be refunded to ~he applicant. <br /> <br /> 6. No part of the fee paid for any license issued under this chapter shall be <br />refunded except in the 'follc~ instances upon application to the council within <br />thirty (30) days frc~ the ha~ of the event. The council may in its judgn~nt refund <br />a pro rata portion of the fee for the ~nexpired period of the license, oomp~ on a <br />nonthly basis, when operation of the lioensed business c~nes not less than one (1)- <br />month before expiration of the license-because of: <br /> <br /> a. Destruction or damage of the licensed premises by fire or othar <br />catastrophm; <br /> <br /> b. A charge in the legal status of tt~ municipality making it unlawful <br />for a licensed business to confJ_nu~; <br /> <br />c.
