Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann <br />to authorize the preparation of plans and specifications for <br />the purchase of a loader in June or July 1980 and price quotes <br />on a snow blower. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, <br />Micke]son, Reimann and Sortebergo Voting no: None. <br /> <br />USE OF REVENUE SHARING FUNDS, ADOPTION OF <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox, seconded by Councilman Reimann to <br />adopt the use of Revenue Sharing as indicated at the public <br />hearing for the purchase of a loader for the Street Department <br />and a new squad car for the Police Department. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, <br />Mickelson, Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />MENKVELD'S PINEHILLS NORTH <br /> <br />Mr. Menkveld appeared before the Council seeking an extension <br />on the filing of his plat, Menkveld's Pinehills North. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman <br />Sorteberg to grant a 120 day extension to Jack Menkveld for <br />the filing of his plat, Menkveld's Pinehills North. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, <br />Mickelson, Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />MENKVELD'S PINEVIEW ESTATES <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Menkveld appeared before the Council asking for an <br />extension on completing the required work on his Pineview <br />Estates plat until the Spring of 1980. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman <br />Mickelson to extend until June 1, 1980 the time for completion <br />of the Menkveld's Pineview Estates plat provided Mr. Menkveld <br />extend the limits of the performance bond, letter of credit <br />until July 1, 1980. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson <br />Reimann and Sorteberg.
