ORDINANCE NO. 79-16 <br /> <br /> City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.019A "AMENDMENTS" OF <br />CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />Sect ion 1. Amendment. <br /> <br />The following described property is hereby Zoned <br />I-1 Industrial: <br /> <br />NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 Section 29, Township 32, Range 25, <br />and SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 32, <br />Range 25, except that part lying southerly of the <br />northerly right-of-way line of the Burlington <br />Northern Railroad in the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Section 2. Map. <br /> <br />The City's Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this <br />amendment to be shown on the City of Ramsey Zoning Map, <br />which map is adopted pursuant to Section 170.012 of <br />the City Code. <br /> <br />Section 3. Repeal. <br /> <br />Ordinance No.79-11 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 4.
