AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 26th day of November, 1979, by and between the City of Ramsey, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota and N & N Auto Repair. WHEREAS, N & N Auto Repair is located in the City of Ramsey at 6228 Highway 10, and. WHEREAS, said business is located in the B-i, Business zoning district of the City, and. WHEREAS, the type of business which N & N Auto Repair carries on requires the parking of numerous vehicles and associated equipment on this parcel of property, and, WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's zoning regulations require that the storage of all materials outside must be screened from public view, and WHEREAS, N & N Auto Repairhas not constructed such screening and therefore the City has not issued to N & N Auto Body an occupancy permit for the occupancy of its existing building, and. WHEREAS, N & N Auto Repair/desires to enter into a lease agreement with Metro Dodge & Mazda for the sale of used vehicles also on N & N Auto Body premises, and WHEREAS, the City requires a license for the sale of used vehicles in order to carry on the business of used vehicle sales within t'he City, and WHEREAS, it is the City's policy to not issue a business license when other ordinance violations exist, and WHEREAS there is an existing advertising sign in the front of N & N AutoRepair said sign having been placed in its location prior to the adoption of the City's sign ordinance, NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto: 1. N & N will fence, with a ten (10) foot high chain link fence, the area labeled "A" on the attached survey on or before December 1, 1979 and N & N will fence with similar fencing material the area labeled "B" on the attached survey on or before September 1, 1980. -1-
