Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-01-015 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF VISTAS AT NORTH <br />COMMONS <br />WHEREAS, Lifestyle Properties, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied to the <br />City of Ramsey (the "City") for Preliminary Plat Approval on the property legally described as follows: <br />Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on October 6, 2016; and; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Sketch Plan on October 25, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, the Environmental Policy Board reviewed the Landscape Plan on December 19, <br />2016. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Reviewed the Preliminary Plat on January 5, 2017 and <br />conducted a Public Hearing on said Preliminary Plat. <br />WHEREAS, on October 6, 2016, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval of Vistas at North Commons <br />in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated December 3, 2017. <br />b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johns, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />
