Mr. Cox feels a personal written <br />invitation to the landowners in the West end would be appropriate procedure <br />for an informational meeting of this type and that it is the Commission's <br />responsibility to let those landowners know exactly where the City is at. <br /> <br />Mr. Sentyrz agreed that people have to be better informed. <br /> <br />Mr. Cox stated that our City Council, and the County, sooner or later have to <br />understand that we only have so many dollars out there, that the State cannot <br />afford any more and this Commission can get word to the people. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Cox and seconded by Commissioner Sentyrz to adjourn the <br />special meeting of the Economic Development Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Miller, Guy, <br />Menkveld, Cox, Muller Sentyrz and Fults. Voting No: None.
