PROCEEDINGS OF THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMIiSSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Chairman Donald Greenberg called the regular meeting of the Ramsey Economic <br />Development Commission to order at 7:44 a.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Donald Greenberg <br />Jack Menkveld <br />Astrid Guy <br />Bob Muller <br />Steve Schmidt <br />Bill Miller <br />Darryl Fults <br />Jack Schneider <br />Joe Sentryz <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilwoman-elect Jean Schlueter <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no Citizen Input. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Menkveld and seconded by Commissioner Sentryz to approve <br />the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Commissioners Menkveld, Sentryz, Greenberg, Schneider, <br />Fults, Miller, Schmidt, Muller and Guy. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Chairman Greenberg noted that the minutes of !the last meeting reflected that we <br />were going to invite the President of the Anoka Chamber of Commerce to this meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schmidt stated that he had talked to Mr. Mike Marsh, and that he wasn't <br />able to attend this meeting but would try for he~t month. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Miller to approve of the <br />minutes of the November 10, 1982 Economic Development Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Commissioners Fults, Miller, Greenberg, Schneider, <br />Muller, Sentryz, Guy, Schmidt and Menkveld.
