However, from time to time the regular meeting may be held at a dif- ferent location and time and accordingly this will be posted at the Municipal Center stating place and time of meeting if held at a different location. c) Appoint of Commission Sub Committees: The following Commission members were appointed to the follow- ing sub committees: Motion by Astrid Guy and seconded by Robert Muller to appoint the following persons to each of the following sub committees of the Ramsey Economic Development Commission: l) EDC Finance Sub Committee *Mr. Steve Schmidt Mr. Darryl Jensen Mr. Bill Miller EDC - Legislative Sub Committee *Mr. Robert Muller Mr. Jack Menkveld Mrs. Astrid Guy EDC - EDC Sub Committee *Mr. Jack Schneider Mr. Darryl Fults Mr. Joe Sentryz Motion carried. Voting yes Mr. Don Greenberg, Mrs. Astrid Guy, Mr. Steve Schmidt, Mr. Bob Muller, Darryl Jensen, Mr. Darryl Fults, Mr. Joe Sentryz and Mr. Jack Schneider. Voting no None. Mr. Darryl Fults stated that he thought all the business in'the City of Ramsey should be contacted. He further stated that a questionnaire should be prepared so that it could be compiled when the business survey is made }~ere in Ramsey by the EDC. ~r. Jack Schneider stated that he also thought a complete accurate inven-- tory should be conducted of all businesses, developers, and developable land. Mr. Darryl Jensen stated he thought the Commission should become very familiar with all the methods a business may gain financial assistance if it is needed. Mr. Joe Sentryz stated a map should be developed showing total industrial available for development.
