CITY OF RAMSEY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT M & W HOLDING COMPANY On August 24, 2004, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to M&W Holding Company, a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct an addition of 1,960' square feet to an existing 3,200 square foot retail building ("Structures") on the property which is legally described as fbllows: Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota the ("Site"). This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City. Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Keller Drafting and Design dated May 20, 2004; revised SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the l:ollowing site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. Landscaping in accordance with the Site Plan prepared by Keller Drafting and Design dated May 20, 2004; revised ("Required Improvements) 6 FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the structure or in the parking lot is subject to the prior approval of the City Engineer and shall be designed so as to deflect light away from all adjacent parcels.
