CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />M & W HOLDING COMPANY <br /> <br />On August 24, 2004, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to M&W <br />Holding Company, a Minnesota corporation, ("Permittee") to construct an addition of 1,960' <br />square feet to an existing 3,200 square foot retail building ("Structures") on the property which is <br />legally described as fbllows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City. Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan prepared by Keller Drafting and Design dated May 20, 2004; <br />revised <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />l:ollowing site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Establishment of turf in areas disturbed during construction. <br />Landscaping in accordance with the Site Plan prepared by Keller Drafting and <br />Design dated May 20, 2004; revised <br /> <br />("Required Improvements) <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the structure or in the parking lot is subject to the <br />prior approval of the City Engineer and shall be designed so as to deflect light away from <br />all adjacent parcels. <br /> <br /> <br />
