Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF-A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO OPERATE A CLOCK REPAIR BUSINESS WITHIN THE PRINCIPAL DWELLING ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 8340 154TM LANE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #~ AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04- - adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On August 24, 2004 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Bretton Gates ("Permit Holder") to operate a clock repair business in the principal dwelling .located on the property generally known as 8340 154th Lane NW and legally described as tbllows: Lot 7, Block 8, Whispering Pines Estates (the "Subject Property") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for a clock repair business to operate within the principal dwelling located on the Subject Property. 2. That the Permit Holder is not allowed any non-resident employees. o That the established business hoUrs are Monday through Friday 9:00am - 6:30pm and Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm. That the number of clients or customers permitted in the dwelling unit at one time shall be limited and shall not create a parking demand in excess of that which can be accommodated in the existing driveway. That the Permit Holder agrees to comply with section 9.11.10 of City Code relating to outside storage of vehicles and equipment. Remowtl of waste fi'om the home business shall be disposed of in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
