' EO'D/AUG 2004 946040 Councihnember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-05-112A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO EXCEED OUTDOOR STORAGE RESTRICITONS ESTABLISHED IN THE BW - BUSINESS WAREHOUSE DISTRICT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0610, AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, T & G Land Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for a conditional use permit (Permit) to exceed outdoor storage restrictions on property located at 6651 141st Avenue and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block l, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5, Anoka County, Minnesota. ("Subject Property") WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on May 2, 2002, conducted a public hearing and recommended that the City Council approve the request for a conditional use permit to exceed outdoor storage restrictions; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on May 23, 2002 to review the request for a conditional use permit to exceed outdoor storage restrictions on the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: This permit isissued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1) The Permittee is herein allowed to exceed the 10% permitted outdoor storage area by an additional 21%, which, equates to a total outside storage area of 31% of the Subject Property, or 3.5 acres (153,475 square feet). 2) The outside storage area is restricted to the bituminous and aggregate surfaced areas as outlined in the attached Exhibit A. 3) That the Permittee shall be required to provide additional screelfing along the northern boundary line of the Subject Property within 60 days of City Council approval of this Permit
