' EO'D/AUG 2004 <br /> <br /> 946040 <br /> <br />Councihnember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-05-112A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED OUTDOOR STORAGE RESTRICITONS ESTABLISHED IN THE BW - <br />BUSINESS WAREHOUSE DISTRICT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0610, AND <br />DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, T & G Land Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly <br />applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for a conditional use permit (Permit) to exceed <br />outdoor storage restrictions on property located at 6651 141st Avenue and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block l, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on May 2, 2002, conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended that the City Council approve the request for a conditional use permit to <br />exceed outdoor storage restrictions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on May 23, 2002 to review the request for a <br />conditional use permit to exceed outdoor storage restrictions on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This permit isissued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The Permittee is herein allowed to exceed the 10% permitted outdoor storage area by an <br />additional 21%, which, equates to a total outside storage area of 31% of the Subject Property, <br />or 3.5 acres (153,475 square feet). <br /> <br />2) The outside storage area is restricted to the bituminous and aggregate surfaced areas as <br /> outlined in the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee shall be required to provide additional screelfing along the northern <br /> boundary line of the Subject Property within 60 days of City Council approval of this Permit <br /> <br /> <br />
