APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS FOR ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ' Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Muller to approve the building permit application for Mr. Richard McCoy for a 24 x 24 storage building to house a boat, lawn equipment and one horse. That Mr. McCoy is to build said storage building to be compatible with the neighboring homes and is to place on the lot so as not to hinder fUture subdivision of the lot. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimarm, Council- man Mickelson and Councilman Gamec. Voting no None. Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by CounCilman Gamec to approve:- the building permit.applicationfor Mr. Larry Ferber:for a 26-x.32 storage.- building for housing personal ifems. FRED ARMSTRONG'S REZONING REQUEST Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimarm that because the City Attorney has advised the Council that legally it is essential to formally amend the City's Comprehensive Plan prior to adoption of an amend- ment to the Zoning Ordinance transferring the subject property from the Rural Service Area to the Transitional Area, I, therefore, move to table- the rezoning request until the staff has presented an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan which amendment will permit the rezoning as requested and staff is fUrther instructured to prepare this item for Council's final action on November 13, 1978. Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann,'council- man Mickelson and Councilman Gamec. Voting no None. Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimann to return the rezoning request back to Planning and Zoning for their review'in re- gards to the City's Comprehensive Plan and withthe idea of deleting the Rural Service Area entirely.-
