Councilman Gamec withdrew his motion. <br />second. <br /> <br />Special Council <br />Page 2 . <br />October 17~ 1978 <br /> <br />Councilman Muller withdrew his <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Leroy Lenander was present to discuss with the Council his intentions <br />to move a single car garage size 12 x 22 for storage of personal items on <br />his lot. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox arrived at 6:55. <br /> <br />Mr. Lenander asked.the Council.if he was granted perm..~ssion to move this' <br />building on to his lot if it would jeopardize his future building of <br />another garage. <br /> <br />It was the general concensus.of the Council that it may. <br /> <br />MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY REGARDING ANOKALANDFILL <br /> <br />Mr.~ Robert Hutchison and .Mr~ 'Arthur .Dunn of the: Anoka--County' Comprehensive <br />Health Department were present :to discuss, with the: Council the present..~ <br />conditions of the Anoka Landfill. <br /> <br />Mr. Hutchison and Mr. Dunnhad .a slide_presentation on the conditions of <br />the landfill and a general discussion followed. <br /> <br />It was also covered how the monitoring of water runoff from the landfill <br />could affect the area residents. City Engineer Sba stated his major concern <br />was there weren't any parameters~established to monitor-water testing, of-the <br />test wells. <br /> <br />It was the general concensus'conditions-are good and~if:imIheir.routine <br />inspections a problem should be noted the_people~at_thelandFjll~have been <br />very cooperative in correcting:it.~ <br /> <br />OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />It was the general concensus of the Council to set up individual inter- <br />views with each of the applicants for November 2, 1978 for half hour in- <br />tervals starting at 7:30 P.M. They are to have a rough sketch of their <br />plans; i.e., size of building~ landscaping, parking, etc. <br /> <br />ACCESSORY BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Muller to approve <br />the application for accessory building/greenhouse for Mr. Eugene Waldowski <br />size 10' x 28' and 8' x 20' respectively and the accessory building is to <br />be used strictly for personal use. <br /> <br />Motion carried..Votingyes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Council- <br />man Gamec and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Gamec to table any <br />action on the application for accessory building for Mr. Richard D. McCoy <br />until Mr. McCoy can furnish the Council with more information i.e., sketch <br />plan of lot, placement of accessory building on lot, placement of present <br />principal structure, etc. <br /> <br /> <br />
