The proposed structure is a 3-bedroom.ramhlerwith'l?196 square feet· <br />with an 18 ~x 20 attached garage~...The.home was built in thc'mid,fifties' <br />and except for the electrical ,and insufficient insulation in the-attic it. <br />complies with the present building code~ <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Reimann to approve <br />Mr. Biederman's request to move a house:into Ramsey upon obtaining the' <br />proper building permits, <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />SETTING OF HEARING DATE FOR REVENUE SHARING; <br /> <br />A hearing date was set for October 23, 1978 for Revenue Sharing at 7;30 <br />P.M. just prior to the regular meeting, <br /> <br />CAR-SON.HOMES REGARDING DEVELOPMENT OF FLINTWOOD HILLS #2 <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Carson was present to'discuss the concepts and present the'plans <br />and cost estimates for Flintwood Hills #2. He requested that the' City pay <br />for part of the water system. The Council felt further information from <br />the Staff is necessary before taking on this matter. It will be reviewed <br />at the October 23, 1978 meeting after the City Engineer has had a chance <br />to review the proposal. <br /> <br /> <br />
