CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on November 9, 1978 <br />at the RamseyMunicipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Arnold Cox at 5:29 P.M. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Councilman Gamec <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Muller <br />Mayor Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br /> <br />Mayor Cox led in. the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Cox read the agenda. <br /> <br />CANVASSING THE BALLOT <br /> <br />Mayor Cox read the number of ballots cast for the candidates of the City <br />Election. They are as follows: <br /> <br />Tom Gamec, Mayor <br />Tim Rootes, M~yor <br />Gary Reimann, Council <br />Arnold CoX, Councili: <br />Tim Rootes, Council <br />Bill Easley,>'Council <br /> <br />2,003 <br /> 13~ <br />1,5J5 <br />1,396'7~ <br /> 368 <br /> 967~ <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson.and seconded byCouncilmanReimann to accept <br />the ballots as cast. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller andMayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox commented that Ramsey did carry the form and pattern of all winners <br />throughout the State. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS ON BALLFIELDS <br /> <br />Seven bids had been received for the ballfield improvement project #78-6. <br />They are: <br /> <br />N.D.H. <br />W.
