Elden, North Central Public <br />Service Company in regards to an increase of natural gas rates. It was the <br />general concensus of the Council to write a letter and question the raises <br />in rates. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS OLDBUSINESS <br /> <br />SUBDIVISION BY METES AND BOUNDS REQUEST FOR; CASE OF TOM HOLKER <br /> <br />Mayor Cox read City Engineer Raatikka's letter of November 22, 1978 in regards <br />to the subdivision request of Mr. Holker. The Council had requested the <br />opinion of the City Engineer at their regular meeting of November 13, 1978. <br />Mayor Cox also read a letter from the Anoka County Engineer on the same sub- <br />ject. <br /> <br /> <br />
