Voting yes Councilman Gamec, CoUncilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox.~- Voting no None; <br /> <br />STAFF'REPORTS ' <br /> <br />The reports were read from .the~Building_Inspector,::~St~eet SUperintendehtv~: <br />Tree Inspector, City Assessor-and:.City-Administrator and .were:noted.: <br /> <br />It is to be noted the last item of the City Administrator's report was a <br />request from Mr. Don Otter, Waste Management, Inc. to meet with the Council <br />in the near future. It was the general concensus of the CoUncil to set up <br />a meeting 'date of January 3, 1979 and instructed City Staff to set this meet- <br />int date up with Mr. Otter. <br /> <br />Ms. Kathy Schneider stated that Planning and Zoning at their last meeting <br />of November 6, 1978, requested the committee involved in the study of in- <br />dustrial lands should also be involved in establishing criteria and standards <br />that could be used in amending the zoning ordinance to allow for design <br />approval by the P & Z Commission. <br /> <br />Councilman Muller stated this would be brought up at the time the Economic <br />Study Committee meets. <br /> <br /> <br />
