How, one of the discussion items was the rezoning <br />of R-1 (Transitional) to Commercial Limited Industrial~ case <br />of Jack Menkveld, This item will be on the Council agenda <br />December 11, 1978, as Council will be conducting a public <br />hearing on it and it will also be scheduled as new business <br />for their action, The other items such as Highway #10 and <br />site plan review of Commercial and Industrial building <br />have been deferred until their January 1O, 1979 meeting~ <br /> <br />REZONING OF THE RURAL SERVICE AREA: <br /> <br />Background: Council requested recommendation from the Planning <br />Commission regarding the abolishing of the Rural serVice Area <br />zoning district. The Planning Commission at their'meeting of <br />November 11, 1978 stated they wanted input from Dick. Sha and <br />City Attorney for having the 10 acre zoning in the' Rural Service <br />Area.
