CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council was held on December 11, <br />1978, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 151S3 Nowthen Blvd., N,W., Ramsey <br />Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:50' P.M. by Mayor Cox. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Councilman Gamec <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Muller <br />Mayor Cox <br /> <br />Also Present: City Adm. Schnelle <br /> City Attorney Goodrich <br /> <br />The Mayor led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OFAGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />approve the agenda with the following additions: <br /> 1) Salary Schedule for City staff Personnel <br /> 2) License for Approval <br /> 3) Date change on meeting with Don Otter of Waste Management <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller andMayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann asked Street Superintendent Mevissen if they were having <br />a problem with cars and trucks parked in the streets while plowing. <br /> <br />Street Superintendent Mevissen stated it was normal for a Sunday but had no <br />complaints from the drivers. <br /> <br />Mr. Craig Rutschow was present to discuss his situation as the general con- <br />tractor for Mr. Tom Holker's house on the corner of County Road #5 and #57. <br />Mayor Cox stated to him that as a Council they would have to do whatever the <br />ordinance required and Mr. Rutschowunderstood that. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to approve <br />the minutes of the regular Council meeting of November 27, 1978. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Cotmcil- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Gamec to approve <br />the minutes of the public hearing on Assessments of November 27, 1978. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller andMayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br /> <br />
