<br />The financing of the first phase would aSvance and encumber part of 1980's
<br />funds of $273,200 and the second phase would advance and encumber part of
<br />1981's funds of $121,100. He stated the City has $125,000 in funds now and
<br />1979's amount should be about $100,000.
<br />
<br />A general discussion followed on the financing of the improvement of
<br />Variolite. It was the general concensus of the Council to assess the
<br />abutting property owners and in that way it could be completed in one
<br />phase.
<br />
<br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt
<br />Resolution #4 Establishing a date for Council hearing on Variolite Street
<br />and said date for public hearing shall be January 29, 1979 at 7:30 P.M.
<br />
<br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Multer, Councilman Reimann, Councilman
<br />Mickelson, Councilman Cox and Mayor Gamec. Voting no None.
