STAFF REPORT - CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br /> e 4 <br />Regular Council <br />February 12, 1979 <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT OF LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE <br /> <br />City Administrator requested Council to consider appointing a Legislative <br />Commit t ce. <br /> <br />Moth. on by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller to appoint <br />the following to the City Legislative Committee: Mayor Thomas Gamec, <br />Councilman Arnold Cox and City Administrator Lloyd G. Schnelle. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann and <br />Councilman Mickelson. Voting no None. Abstaining Mayor G~mec and <br />Councilman Cox. <br /> <br />REIMBURSEMENT FOR TRAVEL AND OTHER EXPENSES FOR COUNCIL MEMBERS WHEN ON <br /> <br />CiTY OFFICIAL BUSINESS <br /> <br />The City Administrator brought up before Council that Council should con- <br />sJder reimbursing Council members for travel and other expenses which are <br />involved when on City business such as attending meetings. Council members <br />all verbally agreed to reimburse them (Council members) but must turn in <br />vouchers for reimbursement. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />APPOINTING CITY ADMINISTRATOR LLOYD G. SCHNELLE FROM PROBATIONARY STATUS <br /> <br />TO PERMANENT STATUS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to change City <br />Administrator Lloyd G. Schnelle from probationary to permanent status in <br />accordance with Chapter 10.09 Section 10.094 City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilman Muller, Councilman <br />Reimann, Councilman Micketson and Councilman Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />APPOINTING CLERICAL CLERK ARLENE STAFFORD TO PERMANENT STATUS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to change part <br />time Clerical Clerk Arlene Stafford from probationary to permanent status <br />in ~ccordance with Chapter 10.09 Section 10.0~4 City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilman Muller~ Councilman <br />Reimann, Councilman Mickelson and Councilman Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />PERSONNEL COMMITTEE REPORT <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann of the Council Personnel Committee gave a complete report <br />on the contents of their meeting of January 31, 1979. (Please refer to <br />Personne-1 Committee minutes dated January 31, 1979) which covers the above <br />Council members report. <br /> <br /> <br />
