He asked the Council to con- <br />sider very carefully the decision they were making and did ask for an <br />interpretation on the difference of the B-1 and Industrial zoning in the <br />City Code. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox stated they were just reviewing the variance at this time. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilmen Mickelson and Cox. Voting no Mayor <br />Gamec. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated he does agree with the findings of fact but felt that <br />the Council would have a much better control of the area if they had <br />g~anted the variance in regards to the screening, etc. The variance could <br />have been granted with certain conditions. <br /> <br />A discussion on the problems of the area followed. It was the general <br />feeling of the Council they were addressing just the variances at this <br />public hearing and anything in regards to the traffic or drainage problem <br />should be addressed at a later time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Mayor Gamec to adjourn the Board <br />of Adjustment public hearing for August E. Grosslein. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilmen Mickelson and Cox and ~Mayor Gamec. , <br />Voting no None. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 8:34 P.M. <br /> <br />Administrator. <br /> <br /> <br />
