Heal th 'and:Insurance'Plan. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to adopt the <br />following numbered resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-24 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO JOIN HENNEPIN COUNTY GROUP <br />HEALTH AND INSURANCE PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Ramsey, Minnesota is requesting to <br />join Hennepin Group Health and Insurance Plan. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City of Ramsey hereby agrees to the following regulation <br />as established by Hennepin County providing the City is accepted into Hennepin <br />County's Group Health and Insurance Plan: - <br /> <br />a) The City of Ramsey agrees to provide the single <br />coverage of all its employess in accordance with <br />Hennepin County regulations <br />b) The City of Ramsey agrees to provide the life <br />insurance in accordance with Hennepin regulations <br /> <br />2) Adopted this 16th day of April, 1979. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Lion carried.
