CASE #2: <br /> <br />CASE #~: <br /> <br />CASE #4: <br /> <br />CASE #5: <br /> <br />PONDVALE SUBDIVISION REGARDING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL; RE- <br /> <br />QUEST FOR: <br /> <br />Background Information: The following background information <br />is submitted for your information when reviewing this case for <br />your action: <br /> <br />a) First, this plat has been plaguedwith two different titles <br />"Pondvale Estates then Leisurevale Estates". Now it has assumed <br />its original name Pondvale Estates. <br />b) Enclosure (Dl-e) contains Planning and Zoning minutes dated <br />February 5, 1979, March 3, 1979 and Park Boar~ minutes dated <br />March 15, 1979. It should be noted the Planning and Zoning min- <br />utes dated February 2, 1979 granted sketch plan approval. <br />c) Enclosure Dl-f) contains City Engineer's letter dated May <br />1979 regarding the proposed prel~m~naryplat. Further, City <br />Engineer's letters dated February 2 and 19, 1979 are furnished <br />in regards to the sketch plan approval. <br />d) Exhibit #2 contains proposed preliminary plat and protective <br />covenants. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST FOR; CASE OF ARTHUR ST. HILAIRE: <br /> <br />Background Information: The following information is hereby <br />furnished for your review in taking action on this case. <br /> <br />a) Enclosure Dl-g) contains Mr. St. Hilaire's application, map <br />showing location, mud notice of public hearing. <br />b) Enclosure (Dl-h) contains excerpts from City Code 170.O16A <br />through 170.016F <br />c) Zoning for this area is R-1 in the Transitional Area. <br /> <br />Comments: If this individual is granted approval, we will need <br />restrictive language so we can control it. This type of a business <br />is tough to contraol in an R-1 area. <br /> <br />WILLIAM F. PROFT DISCUSSION WITH CG~ISSION ON GRANTING HOME <br /> <br />OCCUPATION PERMIT: <br /> <br />The individual wants to discuss with the Commission about grant- <br />ing a home occupation for a one man sign business. At this time <br />he just wants to know your feeling on it. He may have to go to <br />the Conditional Use Permit. However, whichever way he goes, he <br />will need a public hearing. <br /> <br />I'm enclosing his application and map showing location of proposed <br />business as enclosure (Dl-i).
