However, he wants to discuss with you about <br />building a car wash next to Bill's Auto Body Shop (location <br />14964 Nowthen Blvd). The zoning for Bill's Auto Body Shop <br />is UMB which means.he would have a non-conforming use. <br />Consequently, this car wash would not fit into this zoning. <br />I'm enclosing as an enclosure (DZ-a) an excerpt from City <br />Zoning Section 170.015I (3) permitted uses for UMB zoning. <br /> <br />If he does neet the requirement he would need to meet the <br />following requirements. <br /> <br />a) City Sub-division code <br />b) Urban Development permit <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />JERRY L. MARTIN: I have met with him and he still wants <br />to discuss his problem with you. His problem is that Don <br />Greenberg is moving too slow with Street Construction in <br />Industrial Park #2. This is a matte~ for Council and I <br />have told him this but he still wants to touch base with you. <br /> <br /> <br />
