Ideally the downzoning <br />of the area shown on the maps should probably wait until completion of <br />the Comprehensive Plan, at which time the City can initiate this as <br />well as any other zoning changes which are deemed appropriate. <br /> <br />Another issue which was not totally resolved at the last Planning <br />Commission meeting involves the policy requiring the dedication of <br />future rights-of-way needed if large lots are resubdivided. Apparently <br />there are no communities in the Twin Cities that presently have this <br />requirement, and I would suggest that we continue to consider how <br />we want to handle this pr°blembut make that discussion part of our <br />Comprehensive Planning Program. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />D~r~J.
