Adjacent vacant land is not yet ready for development
or will not be affected by the proposed use;
b. Adjacent developed land will not be adversely
affected by the proposed use because of traffic,
noise, dust, smoke, unsightliness;
c. The period of time for which the Temporary Condi-
tional Use Permit is to be granted will terminate.
before any adverse effects are fe±t upon adjacent
property;
d.
