All members should have <br />a copy of the City's zoning and subdivision code. <br />c ) Enclosure ( Dl-e ) contains the. Taylor' s request which is re- <br />quired by Section 110.0318 of the City Code. <br /> <br />Comments: I did not have au opportunity to speak to the <br />Taylors as to whether this was going to be a business enter- <br />prise. Consequently, if it is a business it will be a whole <br />different ball game due to the zoning requirements. <br /> <br />CASE #4: DON GREENBERG'S PROPOSED ADDITION TO THE GARAGE REGARDING <br /> <br />SCREENING: <br /> <br />He will be coming in regards to screening requirements as set <br />forth in Section 170.014H of the City's zoning code.
