Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Councihnember Kurak abstained from Consent Agenda Item 4. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Continuation of Public Hearing: Introduction of Ordinance on the <br /> <br />Establishment of a Special Service District for AUAR Roadway <br />Improvements <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:15 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman advised this Special Service District is no longer needed due to the <br />completed agreement with the developer. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Olson indicated there is still the need for the Special Service <br />District; however, it would not cover the regional roadway improvements. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman noted it needs to be determined if the public hearing has been <br />noticed properly 'due to the change. He advised this hearing should be closed and a new hearing <br />will be noticed. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councih-nember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
