The applicant has submitted <br />an application for a CUP .in order to construct the ~ocery store. The Planning Commission and <br />staff recommend approval of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, second by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #04- <br />07-197 adopting Findings of Fact #0688 relating to Ramdance LLC's request for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to construct a building larger than 35,000 square feet in the TC-2 Zoning District. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
