Recommendation: <br /> <br />The City has received a complaint regarding off-street parking and condition of premises matters <br />on the subject property and is currently working with the applicant to bring the property into <br />compliance with these ordinances. Staff believes that the-additional square footage for accessory <br />buildings will help achieve this. Therefore, Staff recommends approving the request fbr a <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt findings of fact relating to Michael Mettler's <br />request for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the allotted square fbotage for accessory <br />buildings. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council approve Michael Mettler's request to exceed the allotted <br />square footage for accessory buildings based on the findings of fact, and adopt a resolution <br />declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />~or- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council deny Michael Mettler's request for a Conditional Use <br />Permit to exceed the allotted square footage fbr accessory buildings, based on the findings of <br />~hct. <br /> <br />Review Cheeldist: <br />Community Development Director <br />Assistant Community, Development Director <br />Associate Planners <br /> <br /> <br />
