As <br />a reminder, the moratorium on this zoning district will expire on September 12th, 2004. The City <br />is unable to extend the moratorium due to changes in State law that took effect on August 1, <br />2004. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan: <br />Staff is working with Hoisington Koegler to plan an Open House to kick off the update of the <br />Comprehensive Plan. The Open House is tentatively scheduled for September 23~afrom 6:00~ <br />8:00 PM, to be held at the Fire Station. <br /> <br />67 <br /> <br /> <br />
