7. That the Permittee agrees that the tetxns of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> <br />That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by September 2, 2005, <br />and issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittee may petition for <br />an extension of time in which to complete the variance.
