Chairperson. introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION//04-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO MICHAEL <br />METTLER AT 15315 SUNFISH LAKE BLVD NW (PERMITTEE) TO EXPAND A <br />LAWFUL NONCONFORMING ACCESSORY STRUCTURE WHICH IS NEARER THE <br />FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE HOME AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Michael Mettler (Permittee) has properly applied for a variance from <br />Sections 9.03.14 (Non-conforming Structures and Uses) and 9.11.02 (Accessory Structures) of <br />the Ramsey City Code to construction an addition on a detached accessory structure, which is <br />nearer the fi'out property line than the home, on the property generally known as 15315 Sunfish <br />Lake Blvd NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The south 194.5 feet of that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />o[' Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying easterly of <br />the centerline of County State Aid Highway Number 57. Excluding road and subject <br />to easements of record. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September 2, <br />2004, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOIC4 COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact # a variance to expand a lawful nonconforming <br />accessory structure, which is nearer the front property line than the home, on the Subject <br />Property is hereby denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc [bllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the tbllowing abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 2'~'~ day o'f September, 2004. <br /> <br />37 <br /> <br /> <br />
