Bernie Albrecht said after a rain the roads are almost impossible to drive on
and he doesn't feel it saves energy to use up all your gas getting out of the
mud.

Dale Bocan, 7240 163rd Lane N.W., said he moved in one year ago, he lives
in a nice area and keeps his yard nice and he lost about 15 feet of his yard
because the sand keeps moving up and soon he isn't going to have any front
yard left. He lives on a corner and a lot of kids lose site of where the road
is. He feels if it is blacktopped it would encourage them to stay on the road.

Karen Niesen, 164th and Kamacite asked if she would get assessed twice if it
goes through later.

Councilman Mickelson said that is one of the problems in splitting the area.

Mayor Gamec polled the people present. 23 were against and 27 for the project.

Motion by Councilman Reimann, seconded by Councilman Mickelson to close the
public hearing.

Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Coucnilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann
and Sorteberg. Voting no: None.

Adjournment 8:52 P.M.

.t ~dministrator
