Consensus of the Council fs that the fence be placed no less than five feet <br />back from'the property line. to allow' for mowing on both sides of the fence. <br /> <br />Discussion held on whether to leave Building No. 3 as proposed for a possible <br />drive around it, or to run it back to'the fence to eliminate any storage <br />behind it. <br /> <br />Discussion held also on the type of fence. Allowing not less than a five foot setback, for the fence from the property line. <br />4. Review of the drainage. <br />5. Exterior appearance of all buildings. <br />6. Address how this affects the existing septic system. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning recommendations are to be referred back to the city'Council <br />for their review before entering.into the development contract. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
