The proposed plat consists of four residential lots in the trans- <br /> ...~. ~tional.area of the city. None of thelots meet the area' require- <br /> ments of the City Code. '- <br /> 2. The sketch plan did not include the date, total area, existing zoning <br /> classification, proposed land use, topographical features, and <br /> areas intended to'be dedicated for public use as required by Article <br /> ? 170.035B of the City Code. <br /> 3. In review of the Anoka County Soil Survey, the soils in-the plat con- <br /> sist of Dalbo Silt Loam, Anoka Sand and Zimmerman Sand.
