(~7) <br /> <br />requirements of this Pamagraph depending on'the location'of thebuilding and <br />surrounding areas. <br /> <br />SIGNS <br /> <br />All signs shall be regulated as provided by 170.05 "Signs" of'this chapter. <br /> <br />ACCESSORY BUILDINGS <br /> <br />Set babk requirements established for buildings in an Industrial District <br />shall apply to accessory buildings. <br /> <br />Exteriors of accessory buildings shall' have the same exterior~ finish as the <br />principal structure. <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> <br />Uses which because of the nature of their operation'are accompanied by an <br /> <br />excess of noise, vibmation, dust, dirt, smoke, odor~ noxious gases, glare <br /> <br />or wastes shall not be permitted. These residual features shall be deemed <br /> <br />to be excessive when they exceed or deviate from'the performance standards <br /> <br />set forth in the following specifications: <br /> <br />1. Noise: <br /> <br />Noise shall be muffled so as notto become objectionable'due to intermittence, <br />beat frequency, shrillness or intenSity. At the Property line, the sound <br /> <br />pressure level shall be measured with a sound level meter and on an associated <br /> <br />octave band ~ analyzer, both ofwhich are manufactured according to current <br /> <br />specifications prescribed by the American Standards Association~ Measure- <br />ment shall be made using the flat network of the s~und level meter. <br /> <br /> <br />
