Refer to 150.01 "Sewage Disposal Systems" and 170.038H "Individual <br /> <br /> Sewage Disposal System Site Evaluation aud R~squirements." <br />6 ) Compliance: <br /> <br />a) In order to assure compliance with the performance standards <br /> <br />set forth above, the City Council may require the owner or operator of any <br /> <br />permitted use to make such investigations and tests as maybe required ~to <br /> <br />show adherence to above performance standards. Such investigation and <br /> <br />tests as are required to be made shall be carried out by an independent <br /> <br />testing organization as may be agreed upon by the City and the owner or <br /> <br />operator, or if there is failure to agree within ten (lC) days after <br /> <br />written notice by .the City to the owner or operator of theLrequirement to <br /> <br />make such investigation and tests, by such independent testing organization <br /> <br />as n~y be selected by the Council. The costs incurred in having such in- <br /> <br />vestigations or tests conducted shall be bo~ne'entirely by the owner or <br /> <br />operator. <br /> <br /> <br />
